PRODUCTION TIME

Here at 91ArtCo, all of our products are made to order, meaning that production of your order begins as soon as the purchase has been made. It is always our goal to get your item to you in the quickest time possible.

Please allow 5-7 business days for production on custom orders and 3-5 business days for standard orders.

  

SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

We don't simply take returns unless your item is faulty, in this case we can offer an exchange, store credit or a full refund of your item. Please get in contact with us through email at 91artaustralia@gmail.com. One of our team members will get in contact with you to organize a solution.

Our courier for shipping is Australia Post, once an order has been shipped you will be provided with a tracking number and you can view your parcel in real time.

Shipping is available worldwide, pricing on shipping is determined based on shipping zones and products purchased.

FREE shipping on all orders within Australia, FREE shipping on non-framed orders worldwide.

In the rare occasion where items can be damaged due to poor handling during shipping, we can offer an exchange, store credit or a full refund of your item.
